  • CEO & Founder

    Prior to JADE, Vivian expanded the climate diplomacy portfolio and oversaw programs on fossil fuels and heavy industry decarbonization at Solutions for Our Climate. Earlier in her career, she facilitated international R&D and technology trade partnerships at the Swiss and Danish Embassies in the Republic of Korea. She is a dedicated bridge-builder between global policy and industrial strategy.

    Vivian holds an MA in Global Economy & Strategy from Yonsei University and a BA in Government and East Asian Studies from Smith College. She furthered her leadership expertise through executive education in Nonprofit Management at both the Harvard Kennedy School and Harvard Business School.

  • Strategic Initiatives Manager, Private Capital & Investment

    Sang Chung has over 25 years of experience in finance in the US and Asia mainly focused on investment management and investment banking. He has worked for leading global financial institutions including Morgan Stanley, Fidelity, and Fullerton (Temasek). 

    Sang graduated with a MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and completed his Bachelor’s degree in Economics at the University of Pennsylvania.

  • Strategic Initiatives Intern

    Shankari supports the Strategic Initiatives team in organizing high-level dialogues and events, coordinating with partners and stakeholders, and conducting research and analysis on energy transition and decarbonization trends across the Asia-Pacific region. Her work includes supporting stakeholder engagement, assisting with planning and executing international dialogues and convenings, and preparing policy briefs and background notes.

    Shankari holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from King’s College London and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics Honours from the University of Delhi, India.

Finance, Operations, Development & Administration

  • Director of Finance

    Julia is the Director of Finance and Operations at JADE Dialogues. She has over 20 years of experience across the public and private sectors, with a focus on finance, accounting, and operations. She oversees financial management and is responsible for the organisation’s financial and operational literacy and capability. Her experience includes roles at Philips Electronics, Embassy of Denmark in Korea, and Amnesty International, International Secretariat.

    Julia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Duksung Women’s University.

  • Development & Administration Manager

    As the Development and Administration Manager at JADE Dialogues, Mona “Katey” Lippitt leads organizational development, supports strategic initiatives, and works alongside leadership to manage grant and funder relations. She brings nearly a decade of experience in nonprofit leadership and program development, including launching and scaling mission-driven organizations across the U.S., East Africa, and Southeast Asia.

    Katey holds a Master’s degree in Business Management from the University of Nottingham and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Georgia Southern University, with a specialization in International Relations from Masaryk University.
